Wickers Creek Market is focused on bringing together some of the metropolitan area's finest vintage and antiques dealers in a beautiful park on the banks of the Hudson River with sweeping views of the Palisades.

The goal is to produce a quality, well-curated "puces" at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront. We are seeking out the best of the best.  

What are we looking for in a vendor?

Our goal is to curate a community of like-minded, professional vintage sellers who are passionate about their brand and excited to be part of Wickers Creek Market.

We do review all vendor social media accounts, so please be sure yours is public and regularly updated with current posts that reflect your aesthetic and offerings. This allows us to properly promote you and your work—but also to get a true sense of who you are and where you fit in the wide world of vintage.

Vendors must sell vintage, collectible, or antique goods. We no longer accept makers, handmade or artisan products, vintage-style or reproduction items. Upcycled pieces may only be included if they clearly complement a primarily vintage collection.

Please be prepared to submit photos of previous market setups, along with additional images that showcase your inventory and overall aesthetic. You’re also welcome to include a photo of yourself. These images may be used for marketing purposes, so be sure they present your wares in their best light.

When will I hear back about my application? All applicants will be contacted within 5 business days of submission.

How much does it cost to vend at the Waterfront Market?

10X10 space will cost $85

10x20 will cost $140

Vendors will be responsible for submitting a 50% deposit upon acceptance and payment in full 10 days before the event. Payments are made via Venmo, details will be sent with your acceptance. Booth payments are nonrefundable.  

2026 WATERFRONT PARK MARKET DATES

• Sunday, April 19 (April 26 Rain Date)

• Sunday, May 31 (June 7 Rain Date)

• Sunday, September 20 (September 27 Rain Date)

• Sunday, October 18 (October 25 Rain Date)

MISC MARKET FAQ

WICKERS CREEK MARKET is at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park. If you need a street address for your GPS, please use Hudson Social (11 Station Plaza, Dobbs Ferry, NY)

Market hours are 10 am - 4 pm. Market staff will be on site starting at approx. 6:30 am for set up, break down must be complete by 6 pm.  There will be a vendor parking area at the north end of the Waterfront Park.

In the event of extreme weather, market organizers will reach out about our rain date.

There are public bathrooms available.

Tents are strongly encouraged, as they help create a cohesive layout and a polished, professional look throughout the market. All tents, clothing racks, and freestanding displays must be properly weighted at all times. Tent stakes are strictly prohibited. Please note that the market does not provide tables or other equipment for rent.

Please take appropriate precautions to protect both the grass and any furniture you are selling.

All vendors must agree to follow all posted park rules.
