Wickers Creek Market has been invited into an exciting new partnership—this time with the historic Lyndhurst Mansion & Gardens! We’re bringing our brand of Antiques & Vintage to their stunning grounds on Sunday, July 12, with the goal of making Wickers Creek Market at Lyndhurst their annual Summer event.
What are we looking for in a vendor for this Special Event?
As always, our focus is to curate a community of like-minded, professional vintage sellers who are passionate about their brand and excited to be part of Wickers Creek Market.
Vendors must sell vintage, collectible, or antique goods. We no longer accept makers, handmade or artisan products, vintage-style or reproduction items. Upcycled pieces may only be included if they clearly complement a primarily vintage collection.
For WCM at Lyndhurst, we’re focusing on seasoned vendors — those with in-person market experience and meaningful involvement in the vintage community.
We review all vendor social media accounts, all accounts must be public and regularly updated with current posts that reflect your aesthetic and offerings. This allows us to properly promote you and your work—but also to get a true sense of who you are and where you fit in the wide world of vintage.
Please be prepared to submit photos of previous market setups, along with additional images that showcase your inventory and overall aesthetic. You’re also welcome to include a photo of yourself. These images may be used for marketing purposes, so be sure they present your wares in their best light.
Application Deadline is MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026
When will I hear back about my application?
All applicants will hear back within 10 business days of our application deadline.
How much does it cost to vend at WCM at Lyndhurst?
10X10 space will cost $95 and a 10x20 will cost $150.
Please reach out to WCM for other sizes.
Vendors are required to submit a 50% deposit within 48 hours of acceptance in order to secure their space. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, WCM reserves the right to offer the space to a vendor on the waitlist. The remaining balance is due in full no later than June 12. Payment details (Venmo) will be provided upon acceptance.

LYNDHURST MANSION is located at 635 South Broadway, Tarrytown NY
Market hours are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Market staff and a team from Lyndhurst will be on site starting at 6:00 a.m. for Vendor set up.
This event will REQUIRE tents and table coverings. Think of your spaces as a “Tiny Store”; it is a representation of you and your brand.
Market is Rain or Shine! In the event of extreme weather, market organizers will reach out about cancellation.
There are public bathrooms available.
All vendors must agree to follow all posted park rules. All vendors must park in the designated vendor lot (information and maps will be provided).
